This site presents Italian Nightmares and its first project, It Only Takes One Bullet. It is informational. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer of sale, or a guarantee that the game will be released, released on a given date, or released with the features described.

The game is in active development. Screenshots, concept art, mechanics and setting described here are work in progress and are expected to change.

The Italian Nightmares name and logo, the It Only Takes One Bullet name and logo, all concept art and character art, and all text on this site belong to the studio and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

Press, streamers and video creators may use the logos and the artwork on this site to write or talk about the game, provided the studio is credited and the work is not presented as their own or as an official communication from the studio.

Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Patreon and Steam are provided for convenience. The studio does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Financial support runs through Patreon and is governed by Patreon's own terms. Any future purchase of the game runs through the relevant store and is governed by that store's terms. This site processes no payments and holds no payment data.

The site is provided as is and as available. No uptime is promised, and pages may be changed or removed without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Italian law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live.

These terms may be updated as the project grows. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
